What is Email Internet Header?
Basically, an email message internet header includes a bunch of technical details plains text such as who sent it, receive it, authentication, communication between the mail server and client. Look into this header you can easily recognize where the mail is coming from.

Double click to open the email that would like to check the internet header, the new windows will prompt, go to File/Properties, navigate to Internet Headers section you can see the header of the message.

Click on the email you would like to check the internet header, go to More/View source, new windows will prompt, here you can see the header of the message.

Windows Live Mail
Double click to open the email that would like to check the internet header, the new windows will prompt, go to File/Info/Properties, navigate to Details tab, you can see the internet headers of the message.
